About Being Human Well.

My workshops, talks and meditation workshops and courses have been developed to raise consciousness in the workplace and in ourselves as individuals.

After leaving my last corporate role I took a step back and resisted the urge to jump into another high flying city job. I took time to focus on my own purpose and fulfill some of my long-held passions.

When reflecting on my corporate life, something that kept popping up was the challenge of being human in the workplace. I decided to do something to positively influence the landscape of corporate leadership and corporate human behaviour. In my unique way, I use empathy, compassion, meditation and my lived experiences to re-write the story.

I re-write the story for businesses and individuals through my unique offering for groups and individuals.

I use my Psychology BSc, Occupational Psychology MSc, training with the Dalai Lama and my Chopra Meditation Certification to encourage new ways of thinking and being in the workplace.
